Our Fees

Direct Billing Policy

  • Insurance information must be provided prior to appointment. Please advise at time of booking if coverage is available, and an authorization form will be provided.
  • In any instance where reimbursement is not authorized during the visit, payment must be made and submitted directly by insured. All necessary billing information will be provided at the end of the visit.
  • Predetermination requests are not always available, and it is therefore the responsibility of the insured to discuss coverage questions with their provider.
  • Any charges not covered by the insurance company are the responsibility of the client on the day of the visit.
  • All remote visits require credit card number and authorization on file prior to appointment.
  • Changes will not be made to the way that appointments are billed.
  • We are not able to submit facial acupuncture services through direct billing. This service may or may not be covered by your benefits. Please check with your insurance provider.
