4 Reasons to Join the Keto Challenge

Hello you lovely people and I hope you are doing well! I wanted to pop on here and write a quick note about why you would want to join the Keto Challenge versus wading through all of the Keto information at home on your own. There are a number of factors to weigh, so let’s get right into them!

  1. You are feeling overwhelmed with INFORMATION overload. I know that beginning a new eating or lifestyle routine can feel crazy overwhelming when you’re first making the switch. I want to help with that by making your transition into Keto as seamless and painless as possible. Through answering your questions as they arise, to calculating the perfect macro count to get you into Ketosis, to making a customized meal plan that fits your lifestyle – the program aims to be as easy as possible.
  2. You love a group setting! Are you a little shy? Do you struggle with speaking up? Are you just looking for a support system to help you as you make this lifestyle change? The group setting could be exactly what you are looking for! From seminars in person where everyone can get together and chat about their experience, to online forums where people can share their triumphs and struggles – community is SO important!
  3. BIA Results to track your progress. These Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA’s) are a cool part of the challenge and a great tool for tracking your progress. They cover a wide variety of cellular health markers and can help track your weight loss goals. They are also great for tweaking hydration levels to the optimal level, which can be very important when you’re entering in and out of Keto.   4. You will have the support you need throughout the six weeks to do things safely. In my practice I’ve seen people struggle immensely with Keto. Any dietary change is viewed by the body as a stressor, and that can have a variety of different symptoms. There are also many people who want to get into Ketosis that may have other health issues as well. Working with me will ensure that those pre-existing conditions are addressed and supported throughout the 6 week journey. If I don’t think Keto is right for you at this time in your life, I will clearly state it. I’ve had many people still decide to take the Keto challenge on a modified plan and have truly loved it. I respect and meet you (and your unique, wonderful body) where you are when you enter my office.
