Rocket fuel coffees have become super popular with folks working on a Ketogenic diet and those who want some longevity or a change to their morning routines and coffee. Here’s my take on the classic one but using chai tea instead. Meet the Rocket Fuel Chai:
- 1 cup (8oz) of your favourite organic chai steeped for at least 5 min
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk (full fat)
- 20g of cocoa butter
- 15g of coconut oil
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
Blend all ingredients and eat mindfully. I found I had to warm this up on the stove after it was all mixed together in order to get it the right temperature that I enjoy.
