Oatmeal is my go to breakfast, and I love mixing it up with a baked version. This one is super tasty and easy.
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Berries, or Fruit
- Pumpkin Seeds, Coconut chips, Pecans, Hemp Hearts, Chia Seeds, cinnamon
- Mix the almond milk, vanilla and eggs together in a bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a dish (I often use a bread pan), and pour the wet mixture over. Bake at 350 until you smell the deliciousness.
