I never liked Brussel sprouts as a kid. Thankfully my mom agreed with my sentiments and they didn’t show up often. Since then, a friend has changed my mind and these roasted and caramelized Brussel sprouts are delicious!
- Brussel sprouts
- Olive oil
- Lemon Juice
- Sea salt
Chop your Brussel sprouts in half, place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt and mix everything together. Lay on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 400F for about 30-40 minutes, flipping them over about halfway though.
