Try this mix of vegetables with parsley celery sauce, a blend of liver loving food.
The Liver does a lot of detoxification in the body and to keep the body in tiptop shape, liver function should always be supported and promoted.
- 3 beets, peeled and chopped into 1-2” cubes
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped into 1-2” sections
- 4 stalks of celery, peeled and chopped into 1-2” sections
- Avocado oil, drizzled over top of vegetables
- Salt and pepper, sprinkled liberally over vegetables.
Place vegetables on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until vegetables are done – easily pierced by a fork. This usually takes my oven 40-60min
- 1 bunch of parsley, washed
- 1 + 1/3 c of walnuts
- 4 celery stalk, washed
- ¼ avocado oil
- ½ tsp salt
Add to blender and blend until done.
When vegetables are done, remove from oven, let cool a little. Add to bowl ½ the sauce and mix until all vegetables are thoroughly coated. Place back onto cookie sheet, drizzle with avocado oil and salt. Broil for 5 min or until sauce becomes slightly brown. You needn’t broil; you could consume right after mixing. Save the sauce and add to other dishes!
