Recipe: Easy Vegetarian Entree

Need a break from meat but don’t want to sacrifice the protein content? Enjoy this easy vegetarian dinner option with family or friends, any night of the week. This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, egg free and is sure to make you feel satiated.


  • I pkg organic, firm, tofuwhole and half avocado isolated on white
  • 1-2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 1 avocado
  • 2-3 Roma tomatoes (diced)

Cut 1 pkg of organic tofu into cubes and marinade overnight


  • Braggs sauce (2-3 tbsp)
  • Apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp)
  • Hot sauce (1/2 tsp)


  • Cut tomatoes into small pieces
  • Cut firm avocado into small pieces
  • Add to mixing bowl
  • Pour in tofu and marinade
  • Mix slowly
  • Dish into quinoa
  • Add sesame seeds as garnish
