This recipe is for Thanksgiving morning, verse Thanksgiving dinner. Use this stimulating pumpkin latte as a helping hand while you are stuffing your turkey or preparing your vegetables. Unlike other pumpkin spice lattes this one is sugar-free, dairy-free, and additive free! Did I mention it’s filled with healthy fat and is wonderfully filling?
- Coffee- I used drip coffee but espresso works too!
- 1/2 cup Pureed pumpkin
- 1-2 tsp Cinnamon & Nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- Mix the ingredients into a blender and then pour everything into a pot to heat further. If you have an espresso machine you could heat the almond milk and then just blend everything together until frothy. You won’t want to steam the entire mixture because the coconut oil could potentially damage the wand.
